PARENT/STUDENT/TEACHER MEETING for Years 10 and 11

Tuesday 15 December 2009 in B Block – 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm

The above meeting provides an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teachers for a short discussion on their progress to date.  Students are encouraged to accompany parents and be part of the meeting.  Please complete the slip below indicating which of your child’s teachers you would like to see. 

Ten minute appointment blocks will be scheduled with each teacher. In order to ensure that interviews run to schedule the College will adhere to appointment times. Should you seek extra time to discuss your child’s progress with a particular teacher, we recommend that you arrange an extended meeting at an alternative time. 

If you would like to schedule an appointment with any of your child’s teachers please:

1.     Download here and Complete the Slip and forward it to your child’s TAG teacher or email mcreception@murdochcollege.wa.edu.au. 

2.     Ensure you have nominated a preferred time and all details are filled in.  Families with more than one child should submit their completed forms together.

3.     Appointments cannot be made over the phone.

4.     Forms will be accepted until Friday 11 December.  Bookings will not be made on the day of the Interviews.

Confirmation of your appointment times will be emailed to your address stated on your form.
